采用数值模拟方法,研究了不同壁厚和内筋高度的NiTiNb形状记忆合金管接头径向应力与拉脱力随温度变化的定量关系。建立了能描述NiTiNb形状记忆合金管接头力学行为的本构方程,对径向应力与拉脱力进行了模拟计算,得到了NiTiNb形状记忆合金管接头在恒约束应变恢复过程中径向应力随温度的变化规律。采用数值模拟法分析了不同壁厚和内筋高度的管接头对径向应力的影响,掌握了拉脱力的变化规律,确定出NiTiNb形状记忆合金管接头最佳的壁厚和内筋高度。
The quantitative relationship between radial stress and pull-out force with temperature of NiTiNb shape memory alloy pipe with different wall thickness and internal rib height was studied by numerical simulation. The constitutive equation describing the mechanical behavior of NiTiNb shape memory alloy pipe joints was established and the radial stress and pullout force were simulated. The radial stress of NiTiNb shape memory alloy pipe joints during constant strain recovery was obtained. The law of change. The influence of pipe joints with different wall thickness and internal rib height on radial stress was analyzed by numerical simulation method. The variation of pullout force was grasped and the optimal wall thickness and internal rib height of NiTiNb shape memory alloy pipe joint were determined.
