目的观察虹膜根部离断显微修复术后瞳孔及视功能改善的效果。方法对虹膜根部离断及伴多种并发症40例患者,术中前房注入甲基纤维素,靠其推力复位离断虹膜,以显微外科技术进行修复。结果术后瞳孔完全恢复,圆形29例,近圆形11例,消除了双瞳孔以及由此产生的影响视力的不良因素,视力显著提高。结论虹膜根部离断显微修复术可有效的恢复瞳孔,提高视功能。
Objective To observe the effect of improving pupil and visual function after iris root repair. Methods Forty patients with ruptured iris root and multiple complications were treated with intracameral injection of methylcellulose in the anterior chamber and the iris was repaired by thrust reduction and repaired by microsurgery. Results The pupil was completely recovered after surgery, with 29 cases of round shape and 11 cases of nearly round shape. The double pupil and the adverse factors affecting visual acuity were eliminated, and visual acuity was significantly improved. Conclusion The iris microsurgical repair can effectively restore the pupil and improve visual function.
