作为人类社会两种典型的组织形式,行政组织和企业组织虽然存在着本质的差异,但在有效激励员工、提高组织效率这一点上,二者有着同样的目标。本文从行政组织和企业组织的激励概念入手,归纳总结了行政组织和企业组织激励机制的内容,分析了各自存在的问题以及存在问题的原因,并在此基础上比较了行政组织和企业组织激励机制的共性和差异性,最后提出了行政组织激励机制向企业组织激励机制借鉴的内容。
As two typical organizational forms of human society, although there are essential differences between administrative organizations and business organizations, both have the same goal of effectively motivating employees and improving organizational efficiency. This article starts with the concept of incentive of administrative organizations and business organizations, summarizes the contents of the incentive mechanisms of administrative organizations and enterprises, analyzes the existing problems and the causes of the problems, and on this basis, compares the incentive of administrative organizations and enterprises The commonalities and differences of the mechanism, and finally put forward the content that the incentive mechanism of the administrative organization draws lessons from the incentive mechanism of the enterprise organization.
