本文以四级逆流洗涤为例,推导出逆流洗涤回收率的计算式,并以氰化法回收黄金为例,对影响逆流洗涤回收率的因素作了分析。一、多级逆流洗涤回收率的计算为了简化计算过程,设下述各条件成立: 各级浓密机溢流无固体; 同一级浓密机溢流和排矿中液体含被洗涤成份(溶质)的浓度相同; 各级浓密机的排矿浓度相同; 各级浓密机给矿量与排矿量相同。下图为四级逆流洗涤流程。
