目的探讨α-亚麻酸等人体必需脂肪酸在治疗胎儿生长受限中的作用。方法对36例孕26-34周诊断为胎儿宫内生长受限孕妇随机配对分组,在常规治疗为对照组,同时加用α-亚麻酸卵磷脂、牛磺酸等必须脂肪酸为治疗组;应用超声定期检查胎儿生长各径线生长速度,应用统计学两组平均值的差异显著性-t检验分析两组数据。结果治疗组胎儿头围、腹围、股骨长度等生长指标增长速度快于对照组胎儿,有统计学差异。结论α-亚麻酸等人体必需脂肪酸在改善胎盘功能,治疗胎儿生长受限中有显著作用。
Objective To investigate the role of α-linolenic acid and other essential fatty acids in the treatment of fetal growth restriction. Methods Thirty-six pregnant women with gestational age of 26-34 weeks who were diagnosed as fetal growth restriction were randomly assigned to the control group. The patients in the conventional treatment group were treated with essential fatty acids such as α-linolenic acid lecithin and taurine. Ultrasound regularly check the growth of fetal growth rate of each line, the application of statistical significance between the two groups was significant-t test analysis of two sets of data. Results The growth index of fetal head circumference, abdominal circumference and femur length in treatment group was faster than that in control group, with statistical difference. Conclusion Alpha-linolenic acid and other essential fatty acids have a significant role in improving placental function and treating fetal growth restriction.
