以感染霜霉病的“津优35”黄瓜为试材,采用LI-6400光合作用系统和分光光度法分别对其光合速率和叶绿素含量进行了测定,以期探明黄瓜霜霉病对大棚设施黄瓜光合特性的影响。结果表明:随着黄瓜霜霉病病害程度的逐渐加深,黄瓜叶片光合因子等都出现下降趋势,而胞间CO2浓度、叶温呈现上升趋势;当黄瓜霜霉病加重后,光补偿点依次升高,后期达41.533 7μmol·m-2·s-1;表观量子效率逐渐降低,光饱和点在中期最高,为1 630μmol·m-2·s-1,前期和后期较低;叶绿素的含量随着黄瓜霜霉病程度的加重而逐渐降低。
