文章两个方面分析了形成中小学图书馆员职业倦怠的原因是外在客观原因和馆员自身的主观原因。提出了走出职业倦怠的几点建议,确保学校图书馆管理与时俱进,发挥更大作用。
The article analyzes the reason why the job burnout of primary and secondary school librarians formed in two aspects is the objective reasons of externalities and the subjective reasons of librarians themselves. Put forward some suggestions on how to get out of burnout and ensure that the management of school libraries advances with the times and plays a greater role.
