为了获得固体推进剂混合质量的精确信息 ,利用图像分析技术结合混合优度的统计学原理 ,开发了固体推进剂混合优度图像分析系统。介绍了这一系统的组成和工作原理。利用该系统 ,可以测定固体推进剂体系中固体组分的统计平均粒径、统计平均面积浓度和颗粒数 ,从而可以计算得出总体均匀度、分离强度、分离尺度等混合优度的定量表征参数
In order to obtain accurate information on the mixing quality of solid propellants, an image analysis system combining the goodness of mixing principle with the image analysis technique was developed. Described the composition and working principle of this system. With this system, the statistical average particle size of the solid components in the solid propellant system, the statistical average area concentration and the number of particles can be measured, so that the quantitative characterization parameters such as overall uniformity, separation strength and separation scale can be calculated
