随着时代的不断发展与进步,对专业人才的需求也在不断变化,市场对创新性人才的需求越来越强烈,创新能力是社会文明进步的重要推动力,为了更好的让学生将来适应社会发展形势与市场人才需求,对初中数学教学来说,加强学生创新能力的培养是教学工作中的关键,但由于长期受到传统教育模式的影响,目前初中数学教学中存在很多不利于学生创新能力培养的要素,因此,本文就这些要素进行说明,并深入分析了学生创新能力培养的有效路径,进而充分发挥初中数学的积极能效。
