在新课改背景下,选择权成为该次课改的重要理念。职业生涯教育是帮助学生提高选择能力的重要途径。该文以职业生涯教育为例,针对中职学校开展职业生涯教育过程中遇到的问题,并借鉴国内外职业生涯教育的先进经验,提出了相应的对策。中职学校职业生涯教育亟须改革,并遵循发展性和终身性教育的特点,以促进学生职业生涯的可持续发展。
In the context of the new curriculum reform, the right to choose has become the important concept of the curriculum reform. Career education is to help students improve their ability to choose an important way. This paper takes the career education as an example. According to the problems encountered in vocational education in vocational schools and the advanced experience of career education both at home and abroad, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures. Vocational education in vocational schools urgently needs reform and follows the characteristics of developmental and lifelong education to promote the sustainable development of their careers.
