1病例报告患者女,42岁。因体检发现糖尿病,给予口服二甲双胍肠溶片治疗,每次500mg,每天3次,餐中服用。首次服药3h后,出现脐周隐痛不适,继而出现腹泻。无发热、恶心呕吐、黏液水样便。7h后出现手脚轻度抖动、全身肌肉震颤,遂来门诊部就诊。患者未服用其他药物,给予对症观察治疗,暂停服用二甲双胍,第2天症状消失。3天后患者再次服用二甲双胍又出现上述症状。考虑为二甲双胍所致,停用二甲双胍,改用其他降糖 A case report patient female, 42 years old.
