随着课程改革的深入推进,幼儿教师课程建设的自主意识和能力越来越强,教研员如何在教师园本教研意识日渐浓郁的氛围中发挥引领作用成为不容忽视的课题。笔者尝试从领域出发组建区域教研中心组,将区域内各个幼儿园擅长某一领域、并有志于研究该领域的教师集中在一起,由教研员和市、区级骨干教师共同领衔,每学期定期开展教研活动。下面以语言领域中心组的教研活动为例,谈谈区域教研的做法和想法。
With the deepening of curriculum reform, kindergarten teachers’ self-awareness and ability to build curricula are becoming more and more strong. Let’s take the teaching and research activities of the language center group as an example to discuss the practices and ideas of regional teaching and research.
