目的 :介绍 10种中药注射剂在输液配伍中的稳定性。方法 :对近年来国内期刊有关文献检索 ,综述。结果 :茵栀黄注射液在含氯化钠配伍液中含量下降 ;普乐林注射液与 5 %碳酸氢钠注射液配伍 ,8h内外观、pH值及含量均有变化 ;穿琥宁注射液与庆大霉素、阿米卡星、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星在 5 %葡萄糖注射液或 0 .9%氯化钠注射液中室温 4h产生沉淀 ;双黄连粉针与硫酸妥布霉素注射液同瓶静滴产生沉淀 .结论 :某些中药注射剂与输液配伍时不稳定 ,提示临床用药时应引起注意 .
Objective : To introduce the stability of 10 traditional Chinese medicine injections in infusion compatibility. Methods: A review of relevant literature searches in domestic journals in recent years. RESULTS: The content of Yinzhihuang Injection was decreased in the sodium chloride-containing compatible solution; the compatibility of Perleline Injection and 5% sodium bicarbonate injection was changed within 8 hours; the appearance, pH value and content were changed within 8 hours; Chuanhuning Injection and Qing Damycin, amikacin, ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin produced precipitation in 5% glucose injection or 0.9% sodium chloride injection at room temperature for 4 h; Shuanghuanglian injection and tobramycin sulfate The injectable solution was precipitated in the same bottle as the instillation. Conclusion: Some Chinese medicine injections are incompatible with the infusion solution, suggesting that it should be noticed when clinically used.
