我院和黄石橡胶厂共同研制的“硫化车间微机群控系统”于一九八六年四月二十三日由湖北省科委主持在黄石通过技术鉴定。 在胶鞋及其他橡胶制品的生产过程中,最后的硫化过程是个非常关键的生产环节,它直接影响产品的产量、质量和经济效益。过去,硫化过程靠人工凭经验进行操作,缺乏科学的检测手段和定量分析,对各种工艺参数的变化难以估计和掌握,因而生产效率低,劳动强度大,能耗高,产品质量不稳定。怎样控制硫化过程以取得最佳的结果,一直是橡胶行业十分关注的课题。
Our hospital and Huangshi Rubber Factory co-developed “vulcanized workshop computer control system” in April 23, 1986 by the Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Commission presided over the Yellowstone in the technical appraisal. In the production of rubber shoes and other rubber products, the final vulcanization process is a very critical production process, it directly affects the product yield, quality and economic benefits. In the past, the vulcanization process was operated manually based on experience. The lack of scientific testing methods and quantitative analysis made it difficult to estimate and grasp the changes of various process parameters. Therefore, the production efficiency was low, the labor intensity was high, the energy consumption was high, and the product quality was not stable. How to control the vulcanization process to get the best results has been the subject of great concern to the rubber industry.
