教育需要疏导,确立“问题学生应该进行疏导教育”的正确理念,细化深入地了解问题学生心理状况,培养学生正确的人生观、价值观、世界观。给学生创造一个属于他们公平自由的空间。班主任管理班级的过程,实质上是教师与学生之间的感情交流。首先要和学生成为朋友,要把教师的身份当作一个符号,教师只是教书育人,除此之外的事情应该更多尊重学生,比如评选班委会、入团入党积极分子、在学校重大活动当中,应该让学生发挥主导权,这个时候教师应该只是配角,而不能成为代替他们抉择的主角,只有创造公平的环境,才可以尊重学生的人格和自尊心。

At this time, teachers should be just supporting actors instead of being the protagonists in their choices. Only by creating an equitable environment can students respect their personality and self-esteem.
