随着体育训练逐渐朝着高水平、高要求的方向发展,核心力量训练受到各个运动队伍的重视。其中,又以存在不稳定环境的游泳训练对核心力量、核心稳定性的要求特别明显。作为教练员,应该根据游泳项目的实际特点,制定出贴合运动员本身的核心力量训练计划。本文从分析核心力量对游泳训练的作用出发,探讨核心力量训练的具体应用过程,最后通过花样游泳的实际案例分析,希望能够为今后的游泳训练实践提供理论与实践两方面的支持。
With the gradual development of sports training in the direction of high-level and high-demand, the training of core strength has drawn great attention from all sports teams. Among them, the requirement of core strength and core stability of swimming training with unstable environment is particularly obvious. As coaches, should be based on the actual characteristics of the swimming project, develop a fit core athletes training program. Based on the analysis of the core forces’ effect on swimming training, this paper discusses the concrete application process of core strength training. Finally, through the practical case analysis of synchronized swimming, I hope to provide theoretical and practical support for the future practice of swimming training.
