某电厂误将氯化钡当明矾炸油条食用,结果造成136例职工中毒。主要表现为全身麻木、恶心、头晕、头痛、腹痛、全身乏力、出冷汗、呕吐、皮疹、口腔异味及腹泻。患者首发胃肠道症状,继之出现神经系统等症状。其中4例心电图示窦性心动过缓,全身肌张力明显降低。3例腹壁反射迟钝或消失,2例膝反射迟钝或消失,下肢轻瘫,下腹压痛。
A power plant mistakenly treated barium chloride as alum fritters, resulting in 136 workers poisoning. Mainly manifested as generalized numbness, nausea, dizziness, headache, abdominal pain, malaise, cold sweats, vomiting, rash, oral odor and diarrhea. Patients starting gastrointestinal symptoms, followed by neurological symptoms. Four cases of ECG showed sinus bradycardia, systemic muscle tone decreased significantly. 3 cases of slow or disappearance of abdominal wall reflex, 2 cases of knee reflex or disappear, lower extremity paresis, lower abdominal tenderness.
