目的:观察中、西医结合治疗老年性痴呆临床效果。方法:共观察50例老年痴呆患者,应用中药以补肾醒脑、滋阴壮阳、活血通脉之法。组成有西洋参、黄芪、水蛭、杜仲、穿山甲、红景天、丹参等水煎150mL日两次口服。西药以提高脑组织循环氧利用率,改善微循环的小牛血去蛋白注射液静点及奥勃兰口服。总有效率达84%。
