腹部闭合性损伤是常见的腹部外伤性疾病,其中以肠道损伤为最多见。如不能早期诊断、及时处理,常可造成严重后果。近年来,虽然外科诊疗技术有了很大进展,但死亡率仍在8～47％之间。我院自1971年8月至1978年12月收治闭合性腹腔内胃肠道损伤30例中单纯性小肠破裂15例,十二指肠空肠曲破裂2例,小肠破裂合并小肠多处挫伤1例,小肠破裂合并肠系膜破裂出血3例,小肠系膜破裂出血1例,肠系膜破裂出血合并肠道挫伤4例,胃肠广泛挫伤合并肠系膜血肿3例,胃浆肌层破裂合并小肠系膜血肿1例,其中合并颅脑损伤,骨盆骨折、肝破裂、脾破裂各1例;泌尿系外伤
