研究在PVA存在下的氯乙烯乳液聚合.测定了乳液的含固量、乳胶粒粒径、接枝率、聚合度及乳液的各种稳定性;研究了引发剂体系及其用量、反应温度、乳化剂种类及交联剂对乳液聚合反应和乳滚性质的影响.在此基础上,提出了合适的乳液聚合配方和乳液制备条件,制得了适合于共混纺丝用的PVC 乳液.此外,通过溶解分离法分离出PVA-PVC 接枝共聚物,并进行了氯元素分析和红外光谱分析,初步探讨了接枝物的结构.
The polymerization of vinyl chloride in the presence of PVA was studied.The solid content, particle size, grafting degree, polymerization degree and various stability of emulsion were measured.The effects of initiator system and its dosage, reaction temperature, Emulsifier and cross-linking agent on the emulsion polymerization and the nature of the emulsion roll.On this basis, put forward a suitable emulsion polymerization formula and emulsion preparation conditions, prepared suitable for blending spinning PVC emulsion.In addition, The PVA-PVC graft copolymer was isolated by dissolution and separation method, and analyzed by elemental analysis of chlorine and infrared spectrum. The structure of the graft copolymer was preliminarily discussed.
