以新疆精河主栽的枸杞品种“精杞1号”、“精杞2号”、“宁杞1号”、“宁杞5号”、“宁杞7号”为试材,采用凯氏定氮仪和氨基酸全自动分析仪对材料中蛋白质和各种氨基酸含量进行检测,研究了5个品种夏果和秋果蛋白质和氨基酸含量组分差异,并根据氨基酸平衡理论进行评估,以期为枸杞果实的生产、开发利用提供科学依据。结果表明:除了“精杞2号”的夏果和“宁杞5号”秋果的蛋白质含量与其它品种差异显著外,其它品种间差异不显著;“宁杞5号”的各类氨基酸含量及组分之和都是最高,但各类氨基酸组分所占总氨基酸百分比各品种夏、秋果各有不同;人体必需氨基酸与模式谱比较显示,只有5个品种的夏果和“精杞2号”秋果的苏氨酸符合。
