目的对煤化工企业工人的职业紧张和职业倦怠状况进行初步调查,并分析职业紧张对职业倦怠发生的影响程度。方法采取整群抽样的方法,选取新疆阜康市煤化工企业工人共858人,使用职业紧张量表(OSI-R)和职业倦怠量表(CMBI)对其职业紧张和职业倦怠情况进行评价。结果不同学历、工龄、婚姻状况及月收入的工人其职业紧张和职业倦怠状况均存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。随着职业紧张程度的增加,工人在情感耗竭、人格解体及职业倦怠总分上的得分是随之增加的(P<0.001),在个人成就感降低维度的得分是逐渐降低的(P<0.001)。工人职业倦怠的主要影响因素为个体应对资源、个体紧张反应、工龄及学历这4个因素。其中,个体紧张反应、工龄及学历与职业倦怠呈正性关联,个体应对资源与职业倦怠呈负性关联。结论煤化工企业员工的职业紧张状况不容忽视,且随着紧张程度的增加,职业倦怠发生的可能性随之增加,但个体应对资源的增强可以明显的降低职业倦怠的发生。
Objective To investigate the occupational stress and occupational burnout among workers in coal chemical industry and analyze the influence of occupational stress on occupational burnout. Methods The method of cluster sampling was used to select 858 coal chemical workers in Fukang, Xinjiang. OSI-R and CMBI were used to evaluate occupational stress and burnout. Results There were significant differences in occupational stress and job burnout among workers with different qualifications, length of service, marital status and monthly income (P <0.05). With the increase of occupational stress, the scores of workers on emotional exhaustion, personality disintegration and burnout increased (P <0.001), and decreased on the dimension of personal accomplishment reduction (P <0.001 ). The main influencing factors of job burnout among workers are individual response resources, individual stress response, length of service and academic qualifications. Among them, individual stress reaction, seniority and academic qualifications were positively correlated with job burnout, and negative correlation between individual resources and job burnout was found. Conclusion The occupational stress of employees in coal chemical industry can not be neglected. With the increase of the degree of tension, the possibility of occupational burnout increases, but the increase of individual resources can significantly reduce the occurrence of burnout.
