我们观察３３ 例不同年龄阶段的高热惊厥患儿及其６６ 位父母的脑电图，并进行随访。于患儿高热惊厥后１～２ 周内复查脑电图，异常率以初次发作者低，反复发作者高。观察结果提示：高热惊厥有一定遗传倾向。认为，通过脑电图检查可监测病情，可为某些可能发展为癫痫者提供检测依据 We observed 33 cases of different age groups of children with pyrexia and their 66 parents EEG, and were followed up. In children with febrile seizures 1 to 2 weeks after the review of EEG, the abnormal rate of the first attack was low, repeated high. Observations suggest that: febrile seizures have a genetic predisposition. That the EEG examination can monitor the disease, may provide some evidence for the detection of those who may develop epilepsy
