目的 :建立一种用高效液相色谱法测定呱仑酸钠的含量及有关物质的方法。方法 :在InertsilCN - 3柱上 ,以磷酸盐缓冲液 (pH =7) -乙腈 (5 0∶5 0 )为流动相 ,于 2 90nm波长处检测 ,流速为 1 0mL·min-1。结果 :呱仑酸钠的浓度在1 0~ 6 0 μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好 ,回归方程 :A =6 2 0 0× 10 5C +6 374× 10 4 ,r =0 9996。精密度试验RSD =0 2 9% (n =6 ) ,最低检出限为 0 2 4ng。有关物质可检出 2个杂质。结论 :本方法简单、快速、结果准确
Objective: To establish a high performance liquid chromatography determination of sodium content and related substances method. Methods: The mobile phase was eluted with phosphate buffer (pH = 7) - acetonitrile (50:50) on an Inertsil CN - 3 column at a wavelength of 290 nm with a flow rate of 10 mL · min -1. Results: The linear range of sodium goronate in the range of 1 0 ~ 60 μg · mL-1 was good. The regression equation was A = 6200 × 10 5 C + 6 374 × 10 4, r = 0 9996. The precision test RSD = 0 29% (n = 6), the lowest detection limit of 0 2 4ng. Related substances can detect 2 impurities. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid and accurate
