三、学校布点的分散与集中学校网点如何分布,关系到教育发展的数量和质量,关系到资金的投放和人力物力的使用,因而具有战略意义。从民族地区的特点出发,山区居民分散,交通不便,学校的设置可以稍多一些,教师编制可以略宽一点,平原(坝区)和城镇郊区居民比较集中,学校设置就不宜过于分散。但现在情况并非完全如此,有些地方甚至恰好相反,居民分散的布点集中,居民集中的布点分散。现据我们调查,各举两个山区和坝区乡学校布点的情况作为比较。
Third, the distribution of schools and distribution of centralized school outlets, as well as the quantity and quality of education development, the deployment of funds, and the use of human and material resources, are of strategic importance. The teacher’s establishment can be slightly wider. The plains (dam areas) and suburban residents are more concentrated, and school settings should not be too scattered. However, the situation is not entirely the same. In some places, the reverse is true. The scattered distribution of residents is concentrated and the distribution of residents is scattered. According to our investigation, the comparison of the distribution of schools in two mountainous and dam districts is given as a comparison.
