本次调查,在组织工作上采取统一领导统一安排,地方与企业共同组建调查队;技术上采取统一标准,统一方法、集中培训;调查方法上采用以乡(镇)林业站(林场)为基本单位,集中力量和时间,自下而上逐级调查,登记汇总。首次查明了“二调”以来全市各类征、占用林地情况,并进行了流向分析,指出了林地管理工作中存在的问题,提出了强化林地管理的建议措施。
In this survey, unified leadership and unified arrangements were adopted in the organization of work. Local and enterprises jointly set up investigation teams.
