随着国际专业化分工的深化,服务外包在世界经济发展和国际竞争中的地位凸显,国际服务贸易的迅速发展使其日渐成为国际经贸竞争的新领域。北京应积极抓住国际服务业转移这一历史机遇,充分利用国际服务业转移的宏观环境和低碳绿色、建设世界城市等政策环境,结合北京良好的商业环境基础,大力发展服务外包产业,提升其国际竞争力与影响力。文章在分析北京服务外包现状的基础上,利用因子分析法对其竞争力进行研究,分析了北京面临的机遇和北京服务外包的发展前景。
With the deepening of the international specialized division of labor, the status of service outsourcing in the global economic development and international competition has become prominent. The rapid development of international trade in services has gradually become a new area of international competition in economy and trade. Beijing should actively seize the historic opportunity of international service transfer, make full use of the macro-environment of international service transfer and the policy environment of building a world city such as low carbon and green, and make great efforts to develop the service outsourcing industry and upgrade Beijing’s business environment base Its international competitiveness and influence. Based on the analysis of the status quo of service outsourcing in Beijing, the article uses Factor Analysis to study its competitiveness and analyzes the opportunities Beijing faces and the prospects for the development of service outsourcing in Beijing.
