浅井工程是地质普查勘探工作的重要手段之一。我队自成立以来,每年施工浅井的工作量均在一千米以上,绝大部份浅井深度为15至20米,不少工程尚需向两侧掘进10至20米的岔巷。一九六一年以前浅井工程完全采用木质辘轳作提升工具,效率低,又笨重,不安全。在老工人、队领导、技术人员共同研究和努力下,用127毫米的套管做滚筒,以50毫米的钻杆做支架,自行制造了一批带有刹车装置的绞车,对提高浅井工程的掘进效率,保证安全生产起了重要作用。
