[目的]为抗除草剂棉花新品种的选育提供参考。[方法]在棉田喷施2,4-D除草剂造成药害,在受害后的棉田筛选抗2,4-D的棉花品种。[结果]DPX系列陆地棉品种(DPX109、DPX114、DPX120、DPX160)对2,4-D除草剂的耐、抗性较好,喷药后其生物学性状、叶型、叶色、花冠大小无明显变化,单铃重和衣分明显增加,且生育后期植株长势稳健、吐絮正常,未出现早衰、纤维马克隆值过高、纤维长度明显缩短等现象。喷药后晚熟彩色棉品种ASI在花铃期出现返青现象。[结论]DPX系列品种是很好的耐、抗2,4-D除草剂的转基因抗虫棉品种。
[Objective] The research aimed to provide references for the breeding of new herbicide-resistant cotton varieties. [Method] The 2,4-D herbicide was sprayed on the cotton field to cause phytotoxicity, and cotton varieties resistant to 2,4-D were screened in the damaged cotton fields. [Result] The DPX series of upland cotton varieties (DPX109, DPX114, DPX120, DPX160) had good resistance and resistance to 2,4-D herbicide. The biological characters, leaf shape, leaf color, Significant changes in boll weight and lint percentage were significantly increased, and the late growth period of plant growth and stability, bolting flocculent normal, without premature aging, fiber micronaire value is too high, the fiber length was significantly shorter and so on. After spraying, late maturing colored cotton varieties ASI appear turning green phenomenon in flower-boll stage. [Conclusion] The DPX series varieties are good resistant and resistant transgenic cotton varieties with 2,4-D herbicide.
