采用Pechini法制备了Ru-Ir-Ti/Ti氧化物阳极涂层。通过SEM、EDX、XRD、极化曲线、循环伏安和强化电解寿命等,研究了涂覆载量对Ru-Ir-Ti/Ti氧化物阳极涂层微观结构和电催化性能的影响。结果表明:涂覆载量对阳极涂层的表面形貌和析氯极化有很大的影响;阳极涂层的伏安电量随涂覆载量的增加而增加,涂覆载量为12 g/m2时阳极涂层表现出最高的强化电解寿命。
Ru-Ir-Ti / Ti oxide anode coatings were prepared by Pechini method. The effects of coating loading on the microstructure and electrocatalytic performance of Ru-Ir-Ti / Ti oxide anode coatings were investigated by SEM, EDX, XRD, polarization curves, cyclic voltammetry and electrolysis lifetimes. The results showed that the coating loading greatly influenced the surface morphology and the chlorine evolution polarization of the anode coating. The voltammetric power of the anode coating increased with the increase of the coating loading. The coating loading was 12 g The anode coating exhibits the highest electrolytic lifetime at m2 / m2.
