一个新建电力机务段,尽管设计人员是严格按照设计规范设计的,或是经反复思考自己认为是较理想的设计,然而到机务段一开通使用,总是暴露出不少这样或那样的问题。这里可能有两方面的原因:一是设计规范不合理,急待修改;二是设计人员缺乏深入的调查研究和丰富的设计实践经验。丰台西电力机务段,从设计规模、生产任务、定员、配属机车台数、占地面积等方面来看,均居全国首位,但有些问题尚需进一步探讨和完善。现就该段在设计、施工中存在的几个问题,谈一点初浅的看法。一、关于生产、办公、生活房屋的设置一个新建电力机务段的生产、办公、生活房屋的合理布局,对机务段运营后的使用
