采用人类肿瘤cDNA阵列建立鼻咽癌基因表达谱,从生长(细胞周期)和死亡(凋亡)调节通路考察鼻咽癌相关的分子改变。发现鼻咽癌的发生可能是生长因子持续存在的情况下凋亡受抑制的后果。提供了将cDNA阵列用于肿瘤病因研究的新思路。
Nasopharyngeal carcinoma gene expression profiles were established using human tumor cDNA arrays and nasopharyngeal carcinoma-related molecular changes were examined from the growth (cell cycle) and death (apoptosis) regulatory pathways. Found that the occurrence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma may be the consequences of inhibition of apoptosis in the presence of growth factors. The new idea of using cDNA array for tumor etiology is provided.
