应日本国际交流基金、日本语国际中心的邀请,我有幸参加了平成八年度海外图书馆员的进修学习,期间参观考察了日本各种类型的图书馆。就有关国际图书交换业务,我专程采访了日本国立国会图书馆,得到了国际协作课中川真知子女士的热情接待,并介绍提供了详实情况。以下尽我所知,作个概括。日本国立国会图书馆是国家级的,具有议会和中央图书馆的职能,是信息情报基地。其图书资料主要来源于出版商提供的新书样本、选购、国际交换、赠送等几个方面。该馆被指定为日本的国际图书交换中心,对外国际协作窗口。近年来成了日本急速发展的情报化、信息化、社会化网络枢纽。其国际图书交换业务是根据日
At the invitation of Japan Foundation for International Exchanges and Japanese-Language International Center, I was fortunate enough to attend further study training for overseas librarians in Heinchichon in 1999, during which I visited various types of libraries in Japan. In connection with the international book exchange business, I made a special trip to interview the National Diet Library in Japan and received the warm reception from Ms. Nakagawa Shin-chan, an international collaboration course, and provided us with detailed facts. The following do my best to make a summary. The National Diet Library of Japan is a state-level library with the functions of a parliament and a central library. It is an information intelligence base. The book information comes mainly from the sample books provided by publishers, purchase, international exchange, giving, and several other aspects.
