目的深入了解国际金融危机对医科大学女职工生产生活的影响,了解在国际金融危机的影响下女职工思想观念、生活状况和工作态度等方面的动向,为更好地开展金融危机时期的工会工作提供科学依据。方法采取单纯随机抽样的调查方法,对公共卫生学院108名女职工进行问卷调查。结果调查结果显示,97.2%的人认为单位能够很好地执行国家有关保障女职工特殊权益的法律法规。92.5%的人与单位签订了劳动合同,其中88.0%有女职工“四期”保护内容,94.0%的人认为单位能很好地履行劳动合同。88.0%的人认为金融危机没有给自己工作和家庭的稳定性带来影响,但78.7%的人希望能够参加提高自己工作就业和工作能力的培训。女职工最希望能够提高自己的技术技能和外语水平,最关心的问题是在金融危机时期福利待遇不降低,最希望工会能在保证现有福利待遇、维护劳动就业权利和保障女职工特殊权益这几个方面提供帮助。所有的被调查者都坚定地表示对中国战胜金融危机充满信心。结论女职工总体上没有受到国际金融危机太大的影响,学院切实履行国家的法律法规,保障女职工的劳动权利和特殊权益,保证了金融危机时期职工工作的积极性。由于此次全球性的金融危机波及范围十分广泛,对于目前的形势不能盲目乐观,工会应做好细致的协调、组织工作,保证学院工作顺利开展。
Objective To understand the impact of the international financial crisis on the production and life of women workers in medical universities and understand the trends of female workers’ ideology, living conditions and working attitude under the influence of the international financial crisis. Methods A simple random sampling method was used to survey 108 women workers in the School of Public Health. The college effectively implemented the laws and regulations of the country to guarantee the labor rights and special rights and interests of women workers and ensured the enthusiasm of staff and workers during the financial crisis.
