1989年3月10日—13日,农业部农业司在江苏如东县主持召开了“全国优质棉基地县建设工作现扬汇报会”。会上,1吨/小时棉籽泡沫酸脱绒及精选设备的两家研制单位及制造厂展开了投标竞争。经过几轮反复,最后在成交的36套设备中,中国农业工程研究设计院与河北邯郸棉机厂一方以成交30套、签订合同27套的成果初战告捷。会后,我刊编辑部就这项技术和设备的性能、特点及中标情况,采访了课题组主要研制人——青年工程师未明、吴培龙同志。现将他们介绍的情况整理如下。
