咪达唑仑是目前国内外麻醉强奸和麻醉抢劫犯罪案件中常用的一种药物。本文综述了血、尿中咪达唑仑及其主要代谢物 1 -羟基咪达唑仑的分析报道。内容包括人体摄入咪达唑仑后不同时间血、尿中药物原体及代谢物的含量数据 ,血、尿中药物原体及代谢物的分离提取方法及气相色谱、气质联用和高效液相色谱检测法。从中可以发现公安实践中实用有效的检测方法 ,为各级公安机关检验办案和近一步科研建立新方法提供了较完整的参考资料
Midazolam is currently used at home and abroad for narcotic rape and anesthetic robbery.
