一、本课地位社会主义法制教育是对初中一年级学生进行社会主义公民基础教育的三大目标之一。第九课和第十课是在初一年级进行比较集中的法制教育的部分。第九课主要让学生了解法律与生活的关系、法律的重要作用,组织学生学习一些与青少年有紧密联系的法律知识,为第十课进行守法和护法教育奠定基础,这一课是社会主义法制教育的动员课和基础课。二、本课教育目标基础知识方面:懂得法律和现实生活的密切关系;认识法律的重要作用;初步了解宪法是国家根本大法的地位;知道违反治安管理行为的表现、特点和所应受到的处罚;初步掌握《未成年人保护法》所规定的保护内容,以及未成年人如何增强保护意识的道理。
