“火车跑得快,全靠车头带”。作为改进农村(社区)“领头雁”教育管理的重要举措,孝义市将形式创新、范围延伸、工作衔接提上培训议程,并收到良好效果。仲春三月,孝义市农村(社区)党组织书记、大学生村官及部分骨干党员近千人齐聚东风会展中心聆听吕梁市委常委、孝义市委书记张旭光所作的题为“以党的十八届三中全会精神为引领,奋力推进转型跨越发展各项事业”的辅导报告,以此拉开了为期一周的2014年度农村(社区)“领头雁”培训的工作序幕。
