1.观念融合问题。观念融合就是要形成适应媒体融合发展的新观念、新认识、新思维。尤其要强化互联网思维,为推动媒体融合发展奠定思想基础。我们应该解决的问题是:如何理解互联网思维,如何实时把握用户需求,如何将互联网思维应用于媒体实际。2.品牌融合问题。品牌融合就是要实现品牌媒体的多媒体化发展和多元化运营。我们应该解决的问题是:如何打造体现自己独特价值、风格和气度的品牌,如何实现同一品牌向多终端、多平台延伸,如何构建一条多媒体业务链。
