作者于1985年2月~1986年8月从腹泻患者中采取粪便标本157份,用含万古霉素10μg/ml,多粘菌素B1250IU/ml,TMP10μg/ml,6%马血琼脂培基分离培养并用生化反应和DNA-DNA斑点杂交试验进行鉴定,从中分离出非典型弯曲菌9株(5.7%)。此9株弯曲菌均在37℃生长良好,其中C902株菌尚能在25℃良好生长,还有3株(C899、C900、C380)弯曲菌能在43℃生长但较在37℃时生长为弱。这3株菌特性是:过氧化氢酶、硝酸盐还原试验及马尿酸
