齐齐哈尔市第一医院是一所有85年建院历史的大型综合性医院,现设病床600张,有职工1044人,其中副高职以上人员104人、中级卫生技术人员307人。近四年来,我们坚持强化管理、狠抓质量,医院工作全面纳入了分级管理的轨道。医疗质量、科学技术水平、经济效益、医德医风建设等方面都收到了明显成效,各项医疗指标均达到三级甲等医院规定标准。自1993年以来,全院共开展新技术726项,获市级以上科研成果77项,在各种刊物上发表论文1066篇,医疗设备总值从四年前的2000多万元上升到4500万元、年业务收入翻了一番。医务人员拒收患者红包782人次、拒吃请896人
The First Hospital of Qiqihar City is a large-scale comprehensive hospital with a history of building all its hospitals for 85 years. It now has 600 beds and 1,044 employees, of whom 104 are associate and above, and 307 are mid-level health technicians.
