本文对于苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯腈三元共聚反应在不同时间的转化率,利用电子计算机估算其竞聚率。并将计算结果与实验进行对照,其结果令人满意。 三元共聚反应共有三个链引发、九个链增长和六个链终止反应,得到的数学表达式较为复杂。其六个竞聚率的计算通常用实验的方法或数学简化处理的方法。前者受到实验条件的限制,后者仅能在反应初期(转化率<10%)进行。这些都具有相当大的局限性,而且误差也较大。本文直接利用反应过程中的三种单体转化率或剩余单体浓度估算其竞聚率。
In this paper, the conversion of styrene, methyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile terpolymerization reaction at different times, the use of electronic computer to estimate the recycle rate. The results are satisfactory compared with the experimental results. Ternary copolymerization reaction has three chain initiation, nine chain growth and six chain termination reaction, the mathematical expression obtained is more complicated. The six rehearsal rates are usually calculated experimentally or mathematically. The former is subject to experimental conditions, the latter only in the early reaction (conversion rate <10%). These have considerable limitations, but also larger errors. In this paper, the reaction rate of three monomer conversion or residual monomer concentration was used to estimate the reactivity ratio.
