无机镉(Cd)主要分布于肝脏,导致肝毒性损害。而镉金属硫蛋白(CdMT)则主要分布于肾脏,导致肾毒性损害。CdMT对培养的肾细胞毒性要比Cd大。但是CdMT对所有的培养细胞毒性是否都比Cd大,以及体内和体外毒性是否存在高度的相关尚不清楚。本研究旨 Inorganic cadmium (Cd) is mainly distributed in the liver, leading to liver toxicity damage.
