目的分析高血压晚期肿瘤患者的临终关怀及护理体会。方法选取2014年2月~2016年4月我院收治的晚期高血压肿瘤患者54例作为研究对象,将其按照患者及家属的意愿分为观察组与对照组,其中对照组患者21例及家属不接受临终关怀,余者患者33例分为观察组接受临终关怀,比较两组患者护理1个月后的生活质量评分结果。结果所有患者经过护理干预其SAS评分及QLQ-30评分较护理前均有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组改善程度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对晚期高血压肿瘤患者进行临终关怀护理可有效改善其心理状态,提高生存质量,具有较高的临床价值。
Objective To analyze the hospice care and nursing experience of patients with advanced hypertension. Methods 54 patients with advanced hypertension treated in our hospital from February 2014 to April 2016 were selected as study subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to the wishes of patients and their families. Among them, 21 patients in control group and their relatives Do not accept hospice care, the remaining 33 patients were divided into observation group received hospice care, two groups of patients after 1 month of care quality of life score. Results All patients had significant improvement in SAS score and QLQ-30 score after nursing intervention compared with those before nursing (P <0.05), and the improvement in observation group was significantly better than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusions H pital care nursing for patients with advanced hypertension can effectively improve their psychological status and improve their quality of life, which is of high clinical value.
