为研究微型内燃机点火系统的性能,常通过伺服电机拖动样机来模拟内燃机的实际工况.对于二冲程微型摆式内燃机,运动轨迹较为复杂,一般市售运动控制卡不支持此类轨迹插补.为此作者设计了一种PCI总线的运动控制卡,开发了驱动程序,并对伺服电机的运动轨迹进行了规划,能够控制伺服电机按照二冲程微型摆式内燃机正常运行时的轨迹运动,从而达到模拟内燃机实际工况的目的.通过实验验证,设计的运动控制卡有效、可行,能较为真实地体现二冲程微型摆式内燃机的运行实况,为样机的进一步研究奠定了基础.
