Determination of vanadium by hydrogen peroxide method is more common, but the sensitivity is very low (ε = 320-350). Hartkamp has used hydrogen peroxide, pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid determination of vanadium, a slight increase in sensitivity (ε == 456).
