调查发现,当前中职学校德育存在的主要问题体现在教材内容、教学方法、教学评价等方面,此类问题既有客观原因,也有自我效能感低、失败归因不准、学习动因不强、“非主流”文化影响重、叛逆心理较强等学生主体心理原因。提出了德育教材校本化、德育学习活动化、德育评价多元化等改变德育现状的基本策略。
The survey found that the main problems in current moral education in vocational schools are reflected in the content of teaching materials, teaching methods, teaching evaluation and so on. Such problems include not only objective reasons but also low self-efficacy, failure due to inaccurate results, weak learning motivation, “Non-mainstream ” heavy cultural influence, strong rebellious psychology and other student body psychological reasons. It puts forward the basic strategies to change the current situation of moral education, such as school-based moral education textbooks, activities of moral education learning, and diversification of moral education evaluation.
