采用钨丝探针电解预富集 石墨炉原子吸收法测锡 ,兼有电解预富集和探针原子化的优点。对电解液组成、溶液pH值、电解电压、富集时间等实验条件进行了优化。方法检出限达到 0 .0 8μg L ;相对标准偏差为 5 .6 %。应用于罐头食品中痕量锡的测定 ,结果满意。初步探讨了锡在电沉积后的原子化机理。
The use of tungsten wire probe electrolysis pre-enrichment graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry tin, both the advantages of pre-enrichment and probe atomization. The electrolyte composition, pH value, electrolysis voltage, enrichment time and other experimental conditions were optimized. The method detection limit reached 0.08 μg L; the relative standard deviation was 5.6%. Used in canned food trace tin determination, the results are satisfactory. The atomization mechanism of tin after electrodeposition was preliminarily discussed.
