随着人们生活水平的提高和饮食结构的变化,肝癌的发病率逐年升高,如何提高无法手术治疗的肝癌的疗效一直是研究热点。选择性肝动脉化疗栓塞术是姑息治疗中较为成熟和有效的方法,术后及时随访和准确评价疗效是取得良好疗效的关键。磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)是目前唯一能在活体组织内进行水分子弥散测量和成像的方法,通过检测组织内水分子运动的状态来反映组织的结构特点,主要应用于神经系统。近年来DWI在腹部脏器的应用也日渐增多,在预测及评价肿瘤疗效的应用上也有了一定的进展。该文总结DWI在肝癌介入术后疗效评价方面的应用现状及进展,以提高对中晚期肝癌治疗的认识。
With the improvement of people’s living standard and diet structure, the incidence of liver cancer is increasing year by year. How to improve the curative effect of liver cancer which can not be surgically treated has been a hot topic. Selective hepatic artery chemoembolization is a more mature and effective palliative treatment, timely follow-up and accurate evaluation of the curative effect is the key to good effect. Magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) is the only method that can measure and image the diffusion of water molecules in living tissues. It can reflect the structural features of tissues by detecting the state of water molecules in the tissues and is mainly used in the nervous system. In recent years, the application of DWI in abdominal organs has also been increasing, and some progress has been made in the application of the prediction and evaluation of tumor efficacy. This article summarizes the application status and progress of DWI in the evaluation of curative effect after interventional treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma so as to raise awareness of the treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma.
