职场剧,是以职场话题和职场故事为题材的电视剧,很多是由网络小说改编来的。中国式职场剧是国产剧的独有发明,它的核心内容是成功学。近年来国产职场剧的热播原因,从社会大环境来看主要是职场是当下社会生活的一个关键词,职场在人生中所占的比重比过去大大增加,而生存压力、职场竞争是催热职场剧的一个内在成因。可以说,职场剧的热播吸引了大批观众,尤其是职场新人,产生了积极的社会影响,但我们也不能盲目地推崇职场剧,要取其精华,去其糟粕,批判性地看待它。
